FALL AND WINTER TIPS
- Fall fix-up: clear gutters, trim low branches, test sprinklers off-cycle, and set timers for earlier sunsets. See something? Say something—report concerns via our Contact the Board form.
- Bundle up, CedarCrest II! Secure hoses, check outdoor lights, and drive slowly on leaf-covered streets.
- Holiday-ready: porch lights on, packages inside promptly, and neighbors watching out together. Join our Facebook group for updates.
- Winter prep: insulate faucets, check smoke/CO alarms, and keep sidewalks clear after storms.
- Event season: watch Cedarcrest2.com for meeting dates, volunteer needs, and weather alerts.
- BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LEAVES- clear leaves from your curb to the drains so you avoid City violation and fines.
Contact the Board: Submit Your Questions
We value open communication and believe in responding to concerns promptly. To ensure efficient handling of all inquiries, the HOA Board will not take phone calls, except in emergency situations.
Instead, we have implemented a Contact Form that homeowners and the public can use to submit questions or concerns. Once submitted, the form will be copied to all members of the Board, and each inquiry will be addressed in the appropriate manner.
