Project #4 – Neighborhood Beautification Fund

Help us continue improving CedarCrest II! Our next proposed beautification project is to paint the exterior (Delaware Avenue side) of the neighborhood privacy fence, along with other entrance enhancements as funding allows. This project will only move forward after receiving 100% written approval from the affected Delaware homeowners. If approved, your voluntary donation will help enhance the appearance of our neighborhood and protect property values for years to come.
