Cedarcrest II HOA Community Improvement Fund

Thank you for supporting ongoing improvements in Cedarcrest II.
Your contribution helps preserve the beauty, safety, and long-term value of our neighborhood entrances and common areas.

Phase 2 – Entrance Bed Redesign (Now Underway)

We are currently enhancing all four entrance beds with:
  • Structural footer improvements
  • New curved stone layouts
  • A refreshed landscape design
  • Updated perennial plant installations
  • Decorative stone elements integrated into the beds
This redesign brings a more polished, long-lasting appearance to our entrances.

Phase 3 – Entrance Wall & Metal Fence Repairs (Fall Project)

We are now collecting toward Phase 3, scheduled for the fall.
This project will address:
  • Deteriorating brick entrance walls
  • Repairs to aging and loosening metal fencing
  • Structural reinforcement to prevent future costly repairs
Early funding helps us reduce long-term expenses and preserve the integrity of our neighborhood entrances.
